LeNetta Banks is a television host, motivational speaker, life coach, and President of The LeNetta Banks Group, LLC. a professional development training company.
In 2001, LeNetta became the first African American male or female from Rochester, New York to graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy. After graduating with a B.S. in Behavioral Science-Psychology, she traveled with the Air Force operating in all areas of human resource management, leadership training, and equal opportunity. Her exceptional efforts earned her the rank of Captain and numerous awards including the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. Ms. Banks holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services and Diversity and is a current PhD candidate at Capella University.
