On January 9, 2020, Walker’s Legacy held its New Year: New Decade reception celebrating the 10 Year Anniversary of Walker’s Legacy.

Special Awards were presented to: Kimberly Springle, Executive Director, Charles Sumner Museum Archives and A’Lelia Bundles, Author, Journalist, Historian, and Great-Great Granddaughter, Madam C. J. Walker

The reception was designed to support Walker’s Legacy Foundation’s Giving Campaign to continue and expand their Moms Who Enterprise program.   Donations are still accepted using the link above.

Walker’s Legacy Foundation (the nonprofit arm of Walker’s Legacy) exists to provide the entrepreneurial, financial and professional supports needed to improve economic prosperity and reduce economic inequality for multicultural women and girls, globally.
