- On average, Latinx women in the U.S. are paid 46% less than white men and 31% less than white women. (1)
- On average, Native American women in the U.S. are paid 42% less than white men. (9)
- The average Asian American / Pacific Islander woman is paid $0.93 for every $1.00 paid white, non-Hispanic men, losing hundreds of thousands of dollars over a 40-year career. (18)
- If paid fairly, the average black woman could earn almost $950,000 more over the course of their career (30) and afford, on average, almost 2 years of rent. (31)
