Walker’s Legacy is a fast growing start-up focused on empowering women through business and entrepreneurship. The organization is seeking a Membership Associate. This candidate will work to maximize community relationships that contribute to securing positive exposure for Walker’s Legacy and help drive all efforts that support membership relationships and benefits. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with planning events to support engagement and outreach with our members.
About the Job:
- Build and maintain membership database, track engagement, correspondence and other relevant information through CRM tool
- Conduct membership outreach calls and e-drives
- Access member needs and provide assistance and information
- Meet identified membership monthly aquisition and retention goals
- Provide customer service, membership outreach and engagement opportunities for members to maximize the Walker’s Legacy membership experience
- Communicate member issues and needs to appropriate team members
- Develop membership drives, membership features and other opportunities
- Develop membership events and programs to increase membership retention and engagement
- Additional membership relationship functions as requested
Qualifications:
- Experience using CRM systems
- Previous in-person or tele-sales and customer service experience
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Excellent communiction written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- General clerical skills
- Ability to be flexible
- Capability to prioritize tasks
- Associates or bachelors degree

Compensation:
