Dia’s Prior Roles
Dia has held many titles throughout her professional career. She is the former President of Combs Enterprises where she worked alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs, first as an executive assistant before moving up to President. At Comb Enterprises, Simms was booked and busy watching over the various creative activities for the portfolio of numerous brands such as the ones previously mentioned as well as Blue Flame Agency, Bad Boy Entertainment, Capital Prep Harlem Schools, and more!
Additionally, Dia is the former CEO of BRN group, a global brand management company that focuses on building, managing, and distributing cannabis brands as well as developing interactive and personalized e-commerce experiences. There, she strived to engage, inform, and educate customers in the burgeoning market.

Dia Simms is a woman of many talents, receiving several awards and recognitions throughout her career. She has been named to Billboard’s “Women in Music 2018” list, the “EBONY Power 100” list, Variety’s 2018 “Power of Women New York” Impact list, and many more!
