Job Summary:
As a Street Team member, you will help to create lifelong memorable experiences in our attraction for our guests.
You will be the face and voice of our attraction, you will be responsible for increasing visitor volume, through the distribution of shirts, promotional materials, and other collateral.
Responsibilities:
- Distributes collateral and promotional merchandise to the general public in order to drive awareness, volume, and media consciousness.
- Provides accurate tracking of merchandise, and relay feedback from interactions.
- Maintains excellent knowledge of the attraction including all program content
- Actively contribute ideas, as to how to make promotions more successful.
- Adopts an enthusiastic, assertive and passionate approach to audience, and demonstrates the Walker’s Legacy values at every opportunity.
About You:
- Fun, dynamic and friendly personality.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Other Requirements:
- Prolonged standing and walking to interact with audience.
