Walker’s Legacy, a platform for the multicultural woman in business and entrepreneurship, will honor twenty-five (25) female leaders.
Walker’s Legacy, a global platform for the professional and entrepreneurial multicultural woman, is proud to announce the recipients of its Annual Power25 Awards hosted by WeWork Detroit, a global company that provides small businesses, startups, freelancers, large enterprises, and everyone in between with workspace, community, and services.
Recipients of the Walker’s Legacy Power25 Detroit Awards are women who have thrived in an array of industries including technology, media, corporate, business, and education.

The awards reception will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at WeWork Detroit | Campus Martius (1001 Woodward Ave Detroit, MI 48226). The program will begin at 6:30pm with an exclusive WeWork location tour beginning at 6:00pm.
The Walker’s Legacy Power25 Detroit Awards program, led by Detroit, MI City Chair Anistia Thomas, is part of a national effort by the organization to highlight the achievements of local business and community leaders. In addition to Detroit, Walker’s Legacy will also honor women in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston and New York this fall.
